Public Access Records (These are records maintained by Arizona Department of Corrections (ADOC), not including medical records) Inmate Medical Records.

To complete your payment you will need the invoice provided to you by ADOC when you submitted your request. You must pay your invoice amount in FULL to obtain the requested documents.
